Five to seven years progressive human resource management experience with strong background in change management, employment selection, training, organizational developement, compensation, affirmative action, workers compensation, and employment law. Strong preference for experience with California Labor law.
POWER SUPPLY DESIGN ENGINEER
Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies for military applications. Must be proficient in the design principles of switchmode power conversion, feedback loop compensation, magnetic design, EMI considerations. BSEE with 5 years of design experience preferred. CAD and PCB layout experience a plus.
MAGNETICS DESIGN ENGINEER
Minimum 5 years in design of 1&3 phase power transformers for military applications, including prototype, electrical, test, packaging and drafting.
